Quick REO Home Auctions welcomes and invites licensed Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons to participate in our Auction events. We pay 2.5% Buyer’s Agent commission, based upon the Winning Bid Amount. To be eligible, you must pre-register as a Real Estate Broker/Salesperson on our web site two days prior to the Auction AND accompany your client on Auction day. Commissions will be paid when your client successfully purchases the home and closes Escrow. Please see Terms & Conditions on this website for full details.
